  • Huckleberry Gold Seed Potatoes

    All Blue Seed Potatoes

    All Blue Potatoes are an heirloom variety with deep blue/purple skin and flesh, a late maturity, and long dormancy. These potatoes are packed with antioxidants and are compact plants with high yields. 

    These are great cooked up in a variety of ways and are the typical potatoes used for purple potato chips!

    $3.50/lb available for farm pickup or delivery.

    These unique, eye-catching potatoes are resistant to cracks, scab and secondary growth. They are resistant to common scab and verticillium wilt. 

    Huckleberry Gold Potatoes have purple skin and yellow flesh with high antioxidant concentration and low glycemic potatoes approved for diabetics!

    Kickstart your Montana vegetable garden with our diverse selection of high-quality garden-ready vegetable plants. We offer unique varieties chosen specifically for our region's climate and taste buds, ensuring a flourishing summer harvest.

    We cultivate a variety of edible gourmet Mushrooms sustainably using our local Cottonwoods and locally sourced grains.

    We cultivate varieties such a Shiitake, Lions Mane, Wine Cap, Chestnut and Nameko.

    Colorful porcelain with rich, strong flavor that is not overly hot.

    Chesnok Red

    (Standard Purple Stripe) It’s said this is one of the best cooking garlics. It holds it shape and retains flavor well when cooked. It has large easy to peel cloves. Roasted garlic has a creamy texture and offers a distinctive, lingering taste for the garlic connoisseur. Average about 8 cloves per bulb.

    Metechi

    (Marbled Purple Stripe) The plants are more upright and broader leafed than others and has large bulbil capsule and bulbils. The bulbs are nicely colored and very firm. Cloves are few, but large and fat with blushed and lined skins that are thick. Long storing. Raw it tastes fiery but with a nice finish. Average 6 cloves per bulb.

    German Porcelain

    Very strong and robust flavor, sticks around for a long time. Stores about 10 months.

Weekly Vegetable Farm Stand

In addition to attending the weekly Shields Valley Farmers Market (Mondays) and Livingston Farmers market (Wednesdays) we have produce available for pickup directly at our farm stand in Wilsall, Montana!

Available vegetables typically include:

  • leafy greens

  • carrots

  • herbs

  • beets, asparagus

  • strawberries

  • squash

  • edible flowers and more!
